We at Express Garage Doors are committed to being environmentally aware and reducing our carbon footprint wherever possible.

When we supply and fit your new garage door, we will take away your old garage doors/frameworks which are then collected and disposed of by a recognised Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) disposal company, their procedures involve separation of steel, wood, cardboard and plastic packaging in line with the standards of recycling recommendations.

We have created a recycling hub in the office so that cans and other recyclable products can be stored in separate containers and then taken to a recycling centre.

We have installed motion sensor lighting in our showroom to reduce energy consumption and have plans to install it in more areas of our premises.

We have a car sharing scheme in place where staff are picked up in the morning and dropped home in the afternoon where possible.

Our appointments are set up to ensure the minimal amount of distance is travelled between job sites.
